THE LEGACY VENUE FAQS
HOW DO I BOOK?
Booking requires a $250 non-refundable retainer fee and a signed contract. The balance is due (2) weeks before event. Full payment is required for events booked less than 30 days in advance. ***AFTERPAY & AFFIRM ARE AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST***
IS MY DEPOSIT REFUNDABLE?
The initial retainer fee is NON-REFUNDABLE. However, the fee may be applied to a new date within 6 months of initial event date. The damage deposit is fully refundable 24 -48 hours after event IF venue is returned clean, on time, free of damage and property loss.
WHAT IS INCLUDED WITH MY RENTAL?
60" Round tables, 6ft rectangular tables, folding chairs for up to 64 guests and bluetooth speaker access with mic, Wi-Fi access and 55 inch screen.

IS YOUR VENUE ALCOHOL & SMOKE FREE?
There is absolutely no smoking allowed inside the venue. Alcoholic beverages may be served by a licensed caterer or licensed bartender only. Licenses and insurance are subject to be requested prior to your event. This is Mississippi State Law.
DO YOU ALLOW OUTSIDE VENDORS?
Clients are allowed to use the vendors of their choice or consult with us about the additional services & vendors that we provide.
WHAT IS PROHIBITED FROM EVENT DESIGN?
Open flames are strictly prohibited. Flameless candles and sternos for catering services are permitted. Confetti, streamer and glitter are also prohibited. Clients MAY NOT stick, nail or adhere anything to the walls or floors of the venue.
